Terms and Conditions for NXS Events

Welcome to NXS Events. By purchasing a ticket, attending our events, or using the NXS Hub website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
NXS Events ("we," "us," or "our") provides event promotion and ticketing services subject to these Terms and Conditions. By accessing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
2. Ticketing and Payments
Purchases: All ticket sales are processed through our authorized platforms (Wix, Shopify, or designated partners). You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
Refunds: All sales are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Affiliate Programs: If you participate in our referral programs (via GoAffPro or Rootabl), you agree to represent NXS Events ethically and adhere to the specific guidelines of those platforms.
3. Event Entry and Conduct
To ensure a safe and positive experience for the community, all attendees must comply with the following:
Identification: A valid photo ID may be required for entry, particularly for age-restricted (21+) events.
Right of Refusal: We and our venue partners reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive to the performance or other guests.
Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, and outside professional recording equipment (unless pre-authorized) are strictly prohibited.
4. Photography and Recording Notice
By entering an NXS Events venue, you understand and agree that:
You may be photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the crowd.
NXS Events and its partners may use these materials for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and future event marketing, without compensation to you.
5. Health and Safety
Attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to communicable diseases. You agree to follow all local health department guidelines and venue-specific safety protocols in effect at the time of the event.
6. Limitation of Liability
NXS Events acts as a promoter and organizer.
We are not responsible for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or damages resulting from your attendance at an event or your use of the NXS Hub.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the face value of the ticket purchased.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the NXS Hub, including logos, designs, and promotional media, is the property of NXS Events or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our branding for commercial purposes without express written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the NXS Hub. Your continued attendance at events or use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
